I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Bristol during my three-night stay. The amazing views of the Matterhorn from my room balcony were a highlight, along with the spacious, clean, and comfortable accommodations. The location was convenient for accessing the gondola and local attractions, but I noticed it was a bit removed from the busy main street. I particularly enjoyed the varied breakfast offerings, but I think the distance to the train station could be challenging for some guests.

However, I noticed some noise from neighboring rooms, which was a bit distracting at times. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to return.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Bristol, especially for the amazing Matterhorn views from my room. The breakfast had plenty of delicious options, although I found the coffee to be lacking. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from both the train station and nice spots like the bridge with stunning Matterhorn views. Some things, like the wellness area being nudity only, might be off-putting for families, but overall, it was a good experience.

My stay at Hotel Bristol was quite enjoyable, thanks to the amazing views of the Matterhorn right from my balcony. The cozy room was clean and well-maintained, which really enhanced my experience. On the downside, I found the room service a bit underwhelming, and it was disappointing that coffee supplies weren’t restocked during my visit. Nonetheless, the included breakfast was diverse and satisfying, and I appreciated the hotel's convenient location.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bristol. The room was clean and quite spacious, and I really appreciated the really good service from the staff. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, but I wish I had known earlier that the spa required nudity, which was a bit uncomfortable for me. Overall, it was a solid experience in Zermatt, despite that small hiccup.
